Job Search Skills and CV Advice Service (2 hours)
The first part of this session is designed to get you thinking about how you've structured your job search and about the alternative ways of finding a new job.
It goes without saying that the recruitment market is very different from what it was 12 months ago. Multiple interviews and job offers are no longer the norm so it's important to be aware how to handle this change.
We aim to help you understand and utilise the different approaches you can take to secure a job - practices that will keep you ahead of the competition.
In the second part of this session we will review your CV and offer you the best market advice in terms of content, layout and design. Your CV is your sales document, it speaks volumes about your career and the professional you are. It must be presented to the highest standard in the current market.
We aim to ensure your CV sells your most relevant attributes and skills and that it helps rather than hinders you in the job market.
